Hey guys I am new to this forum but not new to my life style change. I started my journey 2 years ago. I was my heaviest at 239 LBS, now I am at 169 lbs with 16 lbs left to go until I reach my dream goal weight.
I was doing very well up until May 22nd when I was diagnosed with epilepsy. With the diagnosis I lost who I was, my freedom, and my independence, which for me is huge.
I have started back at the gym 2 weeks ago, I already feel so much better, but one thing I have not been able to rid myself of is my 5 coffees a day.
I know in my heart if I gave that up the lbs would be melting away again. How can I stop this addiction ???
This is me before, and me now with 16lbs to go
