hi im emily
and I've been a gymnast, cheerleader, and dancer all of my life...
i spent a year doing absoloutely nothing! im curvy! i weigh 137 pounds and im 5"3...(alot of it is muscle weight)......im unhappy with what my body is doing lately...im beginning to get those "saddle bags", my perky butt is losing it....and blah blah blah you know the rest! I really am unhappy...every healthy "bmi" website says that due to my age, and height...i should be 115 pounds...whoaaaa there wait...that means that I'm 22 pounds overweight...i almost fainted......i started cutting everything im consuming and running on my treadmill for 30 minutes a day...just started all of this yesterday...my boyfriends an army ranger and is in iraq and comes home in four months...i really really want to lose that 22 pounds...badly...im a big cardio person...not so much for the workout videos and i work too much and am a student so i dont have time to go to the gym like i wish i could...any tips puhleaseee would be great... and dont say he'll love me for me! this is a fitness thread people! ahhhhh and tell me if im being unrealistic to expect this in four months! the moral of my story is im eating good and working out daily...
