Hello all. This is my weight loss diary. My name is Marguie, I'm 20 years old and I'm overweight. I am 5'4 and 154 pounds. I love to work out but I'm an emotional eater. I am more determined now than ever to lose weight in a healthy way. I want to improve my self esteem and I want to become an athlete. I know it is going to be tough, because I tend to give up very easily, but I am sure that if I keep trying I will be able to reach my goal. I want to lose 20 pounds in what's left of this year. I am going to be attaching some pictures of myself during the process.

I hope to go to the gym 4 days a week, eat healthy (reduce my carb intake!!) and never skip my Ultimate Frisbee lessons at university.

Don't think about how tuff this might be. Think of all the ways to make it fun. You know you're really not giving up or losing anything at all (except the weight...lol), just gaining a healthy attitude, diet, and lifestyle!
