A new beginning!!!

I have done this before. Several times to be exact. Why am I back you may ask? Well I never finished!!
I have had some major life changes and its time to get the old me back. Heading back to Boston and wanting to be that active in Shape girl I once was.
My diet as of now is strictly vegetarian until I learn portion control. I have the worst eating habits and tend to not exercise enough; which in the end leaves me fat.

I am 5'9" 177 pounds as of today. Most people would see me and never guess I was that heavy. I think that has been my downfall. My bodies ability to distribute my weight well.

Well under these clothes lay cellulite a lot as of recently and roundness.
When I work out my body tones quite easily. I have been lazy and dwelling in self pity for far to long.
THis is my attempt at finding myself.
Today started with a 1 hour run 5.8 miles
Breakfast after my run was a few spoon full of yogurt and an apple. I really was not hungry but I knew i need something.
Lunch was left over pasta with tomato sauce and some parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
Dinner will be a spinach leaf salad with greek dressing and silverd almonds
snacks will consist of fresh strawberries( love this season) and trying to finish that yogurt( really not feeling yogurt).

My addictions include
cake
ice cream
chocolate
chicken

keep these away from me and I am good!

Hiya Rimay,

Your doing well :) You must be in pretty good shape to do all that running over the past couple of days. I am the same height as you and i weigh 19lbs more than you. I think i carry my weight quite well too. I look at the tape meaure from what i am now to what i was in the past and actually wonder how it was possible for me to be that skinny (its like a 7 inch difference).

Have you already been dieting and exercising before you came on this forum?

Hi overtherainbow!
I have tried but miserably failed to diet and exercise. I swear I must have exercised 10 times in the last 6 months before making this change!
I have been a member of this forum for a while but I have not very active. I am now serious about losing this weight and keeping it off!

Hows it going? Don't worry, we all try loads of times before we stick to it. This time is gonna be THE time for you tho x
