A much needed wake up call..

That's the goal. I do well most days. We just had a good bye dinner and evening out the other night, so I've had a few rough days. Thankfully they were some of the busiest I've had in a while so I was preoccupied. I even kinda met someone at a party, but no way I'm ready to go there and she didn't quite get it haha.

Anyways, back in the gym in the morning. Gotta get back to my focus!
 
Well, swung by the gym this moring and hopped on the scale. Not sure how, with my lack of exercise and a pretty poor diet, but I've lost another 5 lbs.
 
AHey! That's great. Sometimes that happens.

Unlike me, who gained 2lb :(.
