Just wondering...
Does anyone exercise for pure fun? Or eat veggies because you enjoy the flavor? Or skip a meal once in a while simply 'cause you're not hungry?
Maybe this is the wrong place for that kind of question...I've just been thinking about it because I have a few friends who want to lose weight and are exercising, dieting etc but once they lose the pounds then they go back to their normal life...and eating healthy/working out is like a burdensome chore to them...so when some of my friends see me drinking organic vegetable and root juices, working out 3 hours a day they wonder why I'm so insecure but really I'm not at all...just enjoying life!
So if there's anyone else like me...I'd love to meet you, I mean here.
