Hello all. So I've been at a plateau for a few weeks, hovering at around 250 with my lowest weight being 247 and my highest 255. Last monday, I did Crossfit with my friend, and it was the "dirty fifty" day for any of you that may do crossfit, and it completely laid me out. Tuesday I was useless, and Wednesday I was half useless. I couldn't help noticing however the way I felt when I did my normal routine on Wednesday. I felt so much stronger than before. So I've decided to continue crossfitting only at a much slower pace. Anyone on the forums doing crossift that can give me some pointers?
