'ello all!
I decided that i am going to write a journal to help keep me on my change of lifestyle. I guess i should say my stats lol
I am 17, female, and obese.
I started my weightloss about 2 weeks ago at 190, and I am currently at 177. It honestly hasn't been as bad as i though it would be, but I am kinda scaring myself from food so to speak.
I watch this show called You Are What You Eat religiously to help make sure that I am keeping up with my changes in life. What the people eat on that show is absolutly horrifying, and I don't want to touch any of it again. i used to love doughnuts, but after seeing several ppl on the show eat them, i don't want to touch them again. This show is my motivation!
I am doing this not only to get healthy, but also so that I will be thin-ish when i go to Germany this Christmas. my plan is to be at the most 150 by then, which is just one pound over weight for me.
I have set small goals with deadlines for myself (and if i don't make the deadline, I won't quit, i'll just try harder to make the next one)
My first one is to be 170 by the time school starts, on August 26th, which is going to be hard for me because i already know I am going to have a stressful week next week, but that just might get me to not eat, or eat less than i have been, and then I am going to Flordia for a few days, and then I have a few parties I have to go to
Why can't life be simple any more!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol
i guess i'll talk tomorrow(actually it would be today lol) about what I ate and stuff...
