Buglu, well that depends on a lot of things.
First off, how much weight do you feel you need to lose ? A few lbs ? Or 100+ ? This would make a difference.
Another thing...... Do you think you are overweight because of eating too much, or the wrong stuff ? OR, from the lack of exercise ? .... or both ?
Anyway, the best way to lose weight is to eat the correct amount of healthy foods, and to exercise, preferably with both some cardio, and resistance training.
Finally, you need to eat and exercise like this > For the rest of your life, for it to help you > for the rest of your life.
Please don't waste your time with any kind of fad diets.
Their is no such thing as a silver bullet for good health. You will save yourself a TON of time and heartache to just accept this right from the start, and get right to making some permanent life changes

Even a "small" life change, is infinitely more helpful, than some kind of crazy, temporary fad diet.
