A Fresh Start...The REAL Me!

Hi everyone!

Well, i've just made some massive changes to my life! I've moved back to my home country to surround myself with my best friends again. I removed myself from a horrible destructive relationship.

I am so amazingly happy for this already! But now i've got to work to make my body relfect how i'm starting to feel on the inside.

My body is always a reflection of how I feel. When i'm not happy I eat and I become lazy so I look terrible. When I am happy I love being healthy and active and eating well...and my body reflects that!

Over the past 3 years I have gained 45kg. That's a terrifying thought. So That's what i'm hoping to lose, and a little bit extra.

My goal weight is 50kg. I am 5'2 so this would be a good weight for me. The lowest adult weight i've been is 58kg and I was still a little chubby then.

My plans are:

To eat healthy - i'm not going to be going on a particular diet as such, i'm just going to eat what's right for me - vegan (mostly - I still like fetta cheese!) and not too much gluten (like bread or pasta...they make me feel sluggish).

To exercise - I am going to lear to run! Ah! A big step for me! And I really want to get back into yoga - I used to be quite a fanatic!

I'll attach some pictures - one of me 5 years ago at 58kg. I love how my body was then and how good I felt. That's what i'm aiming to get back!

I'll also attach some "now" shots - me at 105kg. Yikes...
