A few weeks of working out

this me after a few weeks of a casual workout schedule, i mostly just use a dumbell (about an hour in the morning and in the night). i dont go to the gym but i plan on getting a membership soon. any advice on a workout routine or exercises would be more than welcomed.

NOTE: i have the extra skin because i used to weigh 400lb.'s

were 400 lbs. :eek: Now that's some inspiration I could take. Congrats on the weight loss. I would give you tips such as diet and exercise, but can you give me some tips on how to stay dedicated? :) Good job dude, keep it up!
