a few questions

1st question: does any one know any good ways to train your trapezius muscles. i heard that read that u shoukd put your hands by your sides and lift them to your ears without moving your head down. and after it squeeze your traps.

2nd question: i have a flab tyre an my belly how can i get rid of it quick.

3rd question: what exercises train the back muscles.

4th question: i am a vegeterian and i know that it is hard to find proteins in meals. could ne1 tell me any good protein sources 4 vege's.
