A few new pics!

Hey guys it's been awhile! Hope everyone is doing good! Anyway....

1 1/2 years now that i have been really hitting the gym the correct way, I feel as though i am not getting anywhere the past few months! I have upped my diet, more protien but I think it's my body! I think i am at my natural limit...

I think it's time to start cutting like crazy! NOt so much cardio but HIIT while lifting. And more of a clean diet 70% protien.

if by natrual limit, you mean genetic potential.. then you still have a long way to go before you reach that, if you ever reach it. try changing up your routine. And are you saying your diet is 70% protein? if so, thats WAY too much protein..

and for the record, id say bulk, your not fat at all.

Nah it's not 70%, i thought about doing this so I would get lean, down to 7% B/F without cardio, doing this will help me from loosing muscle...
 
not doing cardio wont help you not loose muscle.. aslong as you do cardio right you wont, just have goot nutrition timing around the workouts and dont embarge on too long cardio sessions. How big your deflict is and how your diet is composed will determine how much muscle you will loose.

BTW: Im not saying you shouldnt cut without doing cardio, im actually very sick of people who think they have to do cardio to cut, im just saying that you might be cutting cardio for the wrong reasons.
 
I would do a small bulk if anything mate :) You look very lean. How did you look a year and a half ago?

Yeah I am set with bulking because I will pick up fat as well, Eating healthy bulk is very hard for me to gain!

A high protein diet isnt the way to preserve muscle when cutting. Lifting heavy objects is. A better way to cut would be to up fat intake to around 50-60% of your diet, while keeping protein somewhere around 30-35%. Fill in the carbs.

Definitely a lot of great progress from then til now John.
 
Great pics man one question, How did you get your lower chest to lift like that?

Ive doing doing alot of decline BB recenlty and havent seen much of a different, like Im placing the bar just above my nipple, not sitting on chest but 1 inch off.
