a cutting question

i am 19 years old, 6' tall and 186lbs (around there)
my BMR is around 2040.

how many calories should i eat for a good cutting phase?

i am currently eating 2100 (i used that exel spreadsheet made by michael elias, which he recomends i eat 2100 a day)

i am worried 2100 is too little, becuase wouldnt just normal everyday activity burn about 900 calories a day on top of my BMR, making it total about 3000 calories burnt each day ...
then my 2100 calories a day makes a 900 calorie defecit ?

now come to think of it maybe 900 does sound like alot, but his recomended protein intake was 55% protein 35% carb and 10% fat... which ends up with me consuming about 280g of protein each day, which would i guess make up for the huge calorie deficit by helping retain my muscles with that insane amount of protein a day.

could i get some feedback on all of this ? advice .. anything.
i find 280g of protein hard to consume each day and is it potentially hazardous to my kidneys?

if i cant get all that protein in my daily diet then maybe i should up my calories a bit to prevent losing muscle.
hope to hear from somebody soon
thanks

Cutting up....

I have competed and won a NPC show...Middle Weight and Master divisions. I am only 5' 11" and I always used the rule of 1 gram per bodyweight. 185 grams was what I consumes broken into 6 meals a day. Email me direct at shapeupnow1@comcast.net I have some good ideas for you...that's if you are looking to compete and win.

Aaaww, C'mon Sunny! That's the whole idea behind a forum like this. You can't throw out bait like that and not share with everyone. Let's hear some of the ideas. Maybe I want to compete and win too!
