Hey guys!! i have a couple questions for you. About 2 weeks ago....i decided that i wanted to lose weight. then i was recommended "Burn the Fat Feed The Muscle"(if you have not read...i recommend it) and that completly changed my point of view. Now i would like to also weight train to go with my new nutrition. the questions are this....
1. I am very large boned, will this affect my mass any? Such as being bulky more then lean. or will i be cut and lean?
2. Protein...ohhh protein. When i make my shakes...what do you guys recommend? i would read the label...but their directions usually say that you should take more....so you need to buy more..lol...But ...when, and how much should i take? before, after workout? both? only on days i lift? or can i take it 7 days a week? what do you recomend i mix it with?
3. I know if veries, but what do you guys recommend for a begginers regiment be like? 3 days a week....day 1 arms and chest day 2...shoulder, neck and back...day 3 abs and legs...also...can you give me some examples please?
I do appreciate the help. i went to my old high school which has a new $100k weight room...and i was able to buy a 1 year membership for $1!!!!! But...thanks again!!
