Hi Everyone
I have been working out and eating healthy for 3 months now and have lost 20 lbs. I am now weighing in at 147 lbs. standing at 5ft. 5in. tall. I was just wondering what a healthy weight range for me is. I have been working out 5 days a week, and I feel good, but I would like to shed more weight to be my ideal self. I would like to get down to 115-120, and I was wondering if that was healthy or if I should aim higher or lower. Another question I had was that I have plateaued at 147 staying there for a couple of weeks now, having lost 2 or 3 lbs per week prior. Is there anything I can do to beat the plateau or just keep working through doing what I am. I do 50-60 minutes cardio, abs, and arms everyday eating 1000-1200 calories. Also, I am in college, and this week and next is final time so I have no time some nights to work out between studying and projects. Is there anything I am able to do besides keep my diet up that will prevent me from gaining weight over these next 2 weeks? Are there any calorie burning tips I should know about on days I am unable to workout? I am still going to try 3-4 days of working out, but I will be unable to keep up the 5 days I have going right now. Thank you for your help, and sorry for all the questions
