A Concerned Mom

I'm a mom trying to make sure her 13yo son stays on track with his fitness goals without overdoing it. He runs cross country, track, plays baseball and football so he's putting a lot of wear and tear on that body of his. I found this place and thought it looked promising. :D

Well, there's wear and tear and then there's overuse. The latter of the two being the more dangerous. What are his fitness goals, and what is he doing to reach them now?
