A comeback....

Its my birthday today :coolgleamA: I am going out for dinner tonight and will also indulge in some sweets ;) I do know that I need to burn those calories tomorrow :eek: I wish to reach my goal weight this year and shop till I drop!:party:

Happy Birthday Enduramce. I would like to join in this thread. There are so many different threads on this forum that I can't keep up (I'm new here). So I might post in a few to get to grips with it all. There seems to be some great things happening and I love the encouragement. I gained a couple of lbs this week so I need some encouragement too. Thanks for everything.

I have started adding on some exercise routine at home other than my regular gym workout.... It would help to burn more calories other than making me feel lighter and increasing my energy:biggrinjester: So I did my Pranayaam today followed by Recumbent bike for 45 minutes :)

Thanks for including me in this forum and thanks endurance for the encouragement so far. I need to lose at least one stone in weight. I've started walking and occasionally get on my exercise bike. I feel tired reading some of your posts on your exercises. Love the walking though. Eating sensibly is my way of losing weight i.e. no alcohol, no cakes, biscuits etc. My hubby bought some chocolate biscuits last week and I succumbed to the temptation which started me craving other things. Its another week though so onwards & upwards.

Sometimes its hard to resist but the key is to continue with your diet and exercise from the very next day avoiding the guilt factor and starting afresh!Have a happy weight loss :driving:
 
I have started doing 40 mins. of cardio in the morning (recumbent bike/turbo jam/aerobics) and 45 mins. in the evening 1 hour before the dinner, mostly recumbent bike ,at this time of the day,let's see if it helps in losing the weight.....here I mean scale wise!

You seem to be very secrative. You never post anything other than your workouts. Tell me more about you. I know you have said your hobbies and that sort of stuff but i feel i know nothing about you. I want to now some more stuff.

What are your goals?

Yup I never post anytihing else other than my workouts, weight loss being the main focus...I know many people post their workouts though in a quite descriptive manner.....I ain't good at it dear and anyways its a kind of blogging...It makes the post interesting and I ain't good at it

Starting weight- 77 kgs
Current weight-73 kgs.
My clothes are now loose, I can feel the difference.But the most amazing part is the energy.I have lots of energy now and I never feel low now.And Yes now I also smile a lot :)

just wanted to say thanks for checking in on my diary....i can see you are also progressing very well, a big congratulations are in order on the 4kg weight loss! and it must feel so great your clothes are loose now! i'm still waiting for that point....i still have a looong way to go but i'm in it for the long term. i know what you mean about smiling alot now, i've also caught myself smiling more often now.....before i started my healthy lifestyle i was just sad and depressed all the time. let's keep on going! :waving::waving::waving::waving::waving:What a great day to start with after missing my workouts for more than a week....Last week has been busy with some assignments and studies making my whole day go rumble-tumble.....Today I started with
a)Turbo Jam cardio party
b) ab ripper ( 100 sit ups)
c)turbo sculpt :)

Hey Matt even I get nervous if i don't visit this forum or see you posting or checking out my thread :) .....You know though its been a week without exercise, I don't feel guilty or heavy or something negative that I used to feel earlier if I missed out my workouts due to some reasons,starting on from that point was really hard for me....But THIS TIME IT ISN'T :D,THANKS to you Matt and this wonderful forum,You with your motivation and the inspiration I get from visiting Before after Section has really brought a huge difference in me,I feel much stronger today mentally....The 4 kgs. that I have lost wouldn't be possible without your support,motivation and lots and lots of inspiration and information.I have a long road ahead and this time I feel I can do this!:jump:
 
Hey, somehow i missed your post. I was coming back to check to see where you were and you already responded. Glad to see you are still around. Also, very glad to see you still doing your workouts.

I agree with all the inspiration from this site. It certainly helps when there are people trying to achieve the same goals. If so happy you have lost 4kgs. I hope when you reach your goal you will post your before and afters to motivate others.
