I had just been through a thread by Steve-"The Scale Mentality",yesterday,I agree to it totally, I had been tracking my progress or measuring my efforts on scale, but its not always right, measurements are definitely a good way to check urself
,I am size 20, gonna track my measurements every 2 weeks from now

and check the scales after 4 weeks, I have decided that

I am starting with P90 today....got bored with turbo so thought of changing my workout...any1 here doing p90?
