about the soda though, u know how theyve come out with a new caffeine free diet coke? is it the caffeine thats bad in the soda or what? because wouldnt caffeine free just be carbonated water? I was thinking about switching to that instead...just to sort of lower the damage bar while im still on it (trying to cut it out). Usually i find i dont drink the soda cause im thirsty, cause i
love water...but i find it helps keep me from eating a whole lot...oh also, i hate the bubbles so i shake it up..does that to anything in making it better or is that wishful thinking

im really good with salt though

so no probs there

i always by "no added salt" things and even though it doesnt mean theres no salt..it definitly cuts it down to a natural number

its weird because i dont think my stomach has actually grumbled from real hunger in a long time, because its always filled with water or something...i think the worst thing is that i actually eat just for the sake of it or boredom, but like u said "wats the point"...ill definitely have to write that on my hand or tape a note to the fridge with that doctrine
