Hi yall, I really enjoy this site. Lots of real good people and information. My question is, Could yall recommend a basic work out? I just started 6 months ago and am doing real good. I studied martial arts years ago and consider myself in pretty good shape. I'm 47 years old, 5'8' 180 lbs. I run about three times a week anywhere from a half mile up to a mile and a quarter.Right now I am bench pressing and doing a variety of curls. I would like to add a couple more exercises to what I do now for a well rounded workout. On another note the place I work at allows for 3 hours a week for exercise. There is a gym that can be used for free too. So I can't help but take advantage of it.
