During the time I was losing the weight I didn't have a consistent and regular workout routine, so my new goal is to become fit and toned! I've began doing Jillian Michaels Banish fat and boost metabolism and I'm on day 3, this dvd is amazing! I'm drenched and jello-y by the time I'm though with it. I plan to also do Jackie Warners Power Circuit training and Rodney Yees Yoga. I already feel everything beginning to pull in! Woot!
