getting up having a shower

eating 4 sandwiches with healthy stuff on it like chickenfilet or turkey or ham and a glass of milk then at lunch time 3 sandwiches glass of milk and a glass of light coke with a crackerthen at the evening a healthy meal potatoe vegetable (which i hated i dont like them so i didnt eat them hehe) but potatoe and low in fat meat and at 8 a clock in the evening a cracker with a glass of cola light and bed :)
