Lately I have not been focussing on my weight loss and have been lacking the motivation. So keep myself on track I would like to start the 6 week challenge. Would welcome others who would want to be a part of this; it will help me and others keep focussed.
I have chosen 6 weeks as I believe to see any substantial change it atleast takes this much of time.
Once we have participants we can figure out what the grand prize for the winner will be. So People who want to join pls post your starting wt and your weekly goal.
I am starting at 167 Pounds and my weekly goal is to loose atleast 3-4 pounds a week and target for a wt loss of atleast 20 pounds at the end of 6 weeks. Weigh ins will be every monday.
Looking forward to reaching this goal together.
