After seeing my own pictures on my Alaska vacation I couldn't stand to look at myself. I actually felt bad for my gf which is thin that she had to have a super pump bf so i took action and guided myself through a semi-atkins diet along with the help of Lipodrene.
It worked and didnt mess me up in anyway, i feel great. Ive hit a plateau but am now breaking it down with cardio and better eating.
Ive lost a bit more since the last pics but dont have images yet so the before and after pictures reflect about 48lbs
