5 weeks til Costa Rica - Could use some help!

Hey there, i'm 21 years old 6'0 195 and I am going on a trip to Costa Rica for Christmas, I am not in too bad of shape but but I would really like to tone up and look good for all these pictures we will be taking. First off is it possible to do anything with just 5 weeks? and second if there is could anyone give me some advice on what I can do? I have access to a health club and I play Flag Football Tuesday Nights, and Basketball Wednesday nights. i have no problem getting to the Gym every day if thats what I takes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is a lot that can be done in 5 weeks.

Keep playing football and basketball.

Start weight lifting:

I'm not sure how familiar you are with weight training but I would suggest lifting 3 days (MWF) a week, alternate the exercises that are seperated by a slash.
Squat, Bench Press/Incline Press, Dead lift, Pull ups/Chin ups, Dips/overhead perss

Do some HIIT cardio for 15 - 20 minutes after each lifting session; and on two of your off lifting days do about 30 minutes of HIIT cardio and some core strength activities.

Make sure to eat right, and in 5 weeks...you should tone up very nicely; and hopefully pull some crazy @ss in costa rica.
