At the start of the week I weighed my self after a work out at 159, before the work out I was 160. I was out most of this week from runing and weight lifting because of 3 injuries.. consecutively. I still drank a lot of water on my days resting ( a LOT of water) and thought as long as I didn't eat out of the norm everything would be fine and I'd be back to working out monday.
I wieghed my self today just to see and I weigh 164. How? I haven't eating dfferently. Is this my body just holding on to water? Or what? I don't look like I've gained 5 pounds.
