you guys are so great!!! I love this, and I am sooo inspired to step up my own diet and exercise... here we go!
 
I started trying my TaeBo tape today. Nothing better to make you feel like a total klutz!!!! I'm going to keep trying, but I think I better keep my appointments with Richard Simmons!!!!
 
LMAO you girls all make me smile..... It's what I need first thing in the morning... along with my coffee, water and Tae Bo... Billy Blanks has a message for you all..... GROUP 1 is gonna kick your butts!
 
I don't know about Group 1 but Billy Blanks kicked my butt all over the room yesterday!!!! I don't think I like him, but I do like to watch him move! :eek:
 
wow... I would totally get some tapes and work out at home, but I have a new roomie, and we don't know each other all that well, so I'm not sure how that will go =P that, and I haven't had much time... UNTIL I MADE TIME TODAY!!!


How are all of the rest of your groups doing? Group 1 is having a blast and working really hard!!!!

Are we doing a mid-competition weigh-in friday? or is the general consensus to wait and see how we do?
 
I'm glad to hear Group 1 is working so hard. Make sure y'all work on those wrist muscles. Group 2 would hate to see you get a cramp trying to write out all those postcards to us!!!!!! :eek: :)
 
Just my 2 cents...I think we should wait. I'd hate for group 1 to be so far behind us, and get the attitude "oh well, we are going to loose anyways" and then not really try the rest of the week. I think waiting is better for the competition :)
 
hmmmmmmmmmmm. ...... just for that I feel like weighing in on Friday! Put you in your places! /hoping the scale will reflect the same why I feel !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
