Hey everyone.....tomorrow is the weigh in.....and I am even more serious about this one than the last. I saw where I went wrong doing last weeks club and I dont plan to make the same mistake twice. I read somewhere on this forum that somebody wanted to sign a contract to themselves. I remember Oprah doing the same thing , so I went to her website found her contract and decided to use it for me...( with some changes here and there) here it is.......
Contract To Myself
I, Kimberly C Cruz hereby commit to 2 weeks of 30 or more minutes of intense exercise a day and to self control when it comes to my eating. In addition, I will not indulge in fast food ( except to order a salad or grilled chicken) Subway is also fine during this 2 week period regardless of the nature of temptation. I will terminate my consumption of all food
2 hours prior to my bedtime. I will endeavor to be conscious of when and why I eat and will to the best of my ability, simply eat to satisfy my nutritional needs as opposed to my emotional needs. I will also do my best to make healthfull food choices.
Furtermore, through out all my years , I recognize that I rarely , if ever been abel to attain this level of focus for a continuous period of 2 or more weeks when physically training for a goal.
I also realize that this contract os solely with myself and carries no rewards, penalties, or punishments other than those associated with the reflection of the strength of my character.

Ladies, I am going to print this out, have Andreas sign it... then post it on my fridge. Also I am going to make a smaller one to carry in my purse for when we go out and I need the strength and motivation......love to you all!!!!
