5 Day body split

For the past while i have been doing upper half of my torso every second day and lower half the other days,i use the treadmill every night of the week for over a year.I havent been getting a huge amount of time in the evenings due to getting a bad report from school from spending too much time reading up about nutrition and my parents are nagging me to ease up on the exercise and concentrate on school so i have to show respect and get some study done and i decided that a less time consuming and possibly more effective way to go about it is do a split body workout,i just wrote down the main groups i would do and was looking the go ahead from the experts on the forum and if you had any suggestions to throw them right out,i know this is probably getting old at this stage with people asking for routines and etc,and i apologise but i dont want to go wasting time doing the wrong selection of exercises or that,any advice is highly appreciated.
This is just what i jotted down

MONDAY:
Biceps,triceps and pecs

TUESDAY:
Abs,obliques and Glutes

WEDNESDAY:
Deltoids,forearms and shoulders

THURSDAY:
Upper back,lower back

FRIDAY:
Hamstrings,Calves and quads
