Hey i was just wondering how long it would take to get a 4pac, and what types of exercises i could do to get it. I currently have a flat stomach,i just want a a 4 pack, im just not sure what i need to do to get them. I currently do 45 min of running in the evening and 3 sets of 40 crunches. i also play soccer on the side, and havnt seen any results frum any of this, except my legs. I havnt lost any weight......Any advice???Is there something im doing wrong...?
