48lbs lost need to lose 20 more

20 more lb's and im there at my target thing is i have no idea how to strip the last 20lb off my belly i have muscle under the fat but im finding it impossible to lose the last 20 lb

i have been mixing it up between free weights and cardio but limited on cardio as i have a very bad ankle injury so not sure where to go on that

im rinking 3ltr + of water per day and im averaging 1900 calories per day 29 year old male


any advice/tips would be great need to smash this 20lb off by august
