Hello All, so I finally found the courage to post some before and in between photos so that I can get some feed back. Currently I've been doing the P90X videos but only the weight training ab ripper X and yoga. All the other cardio days I spend riding my bike and attempting to run. I want to take advantage of this summer weather you know. Also of course I'm making better eating choices. But I think I can do better. I feel that I need to maybe track my eating habits to see where I can make improvements. Can anybody help in that department. So I guess my goal is to have a SOLID 230 lb body frame with outstanding pecs, eye catching arms, killer back and subtle but sexy abs. LOL any advice to help me reach that goal would be greatly appreciated.

Yup 3 months. I'm excited that I lost the weight but I'm wondering how can I get better results. Cause the visual change is so small!

congrats men !

i have a month working out daily and doing some diet ive lost 25 in just one month

theres a lot for me in visual change before i was 250 now am at 220 but i dont look obesse because i have a big body frame, at 180 i look good enougth

i think you dont have visual change because of the big body frame as you mention
 
Thanks Jorge, I know it's crazy cause I think my fat is just being replaced with my muscle. Cause i feel a difference in my arms and my cloths fit so much better now. I just want to have those kind of pictures were people can really see that i'm making an effort. Well, who knows maybe in another month or so...
