Def some progress in your stomach area.

Hmm. I've since realized that I may have been overeating at what calculators showed was a 900 calorie deficit? Haha. Or some kind of massive plateau. Who knows. Anyway, the changes are starting to show now, on the scale and in the mirror, though it's only been a little while since they were taken.

Guess my body needed a realignment period. I'm still motivated....the next set will show more progress, I think. :)

Update: Also, apparently..it's a good idea to flex in one's progress photos? I figured intentionally not flexing would make things less skewed..but I do notice that I look much better flexed now than I did before. I can even parts of me dance. Yeah, I'm bored...but in the future, I'll do my best to pose a little. ^_^

..And I feel much stronger, which is kindof weird, given two months of dieting. That's what makes me think I was eating too much. That and the fact that dropping 200 carb calories out of my diet jumpstarted the fat loss. :)

Oh, and thanks everyone. :)

Shells, my issue is that I can't tell if the obvious improvement in the side view is a side-effect of my improved posture or something separate. The stomach area does look more defined, as LV says, but I was hoping for more.

But I'll suck it up and be patient. Nobody ever won anything worthwhile by getting discouraged right away. ;)

picture yourself 6 months from now youre doing great keep it up good luck
