Worlds Healthiest Foods
Yes redneckwoman, its a great website, I also put a link in my signature for easy access. I've used it to make up my own diet of sorts. Everything I'm eating is listed as a healthiest food. My diet consists of: asparagus, broccoli, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, beans, peas, spinach, tomato, carrots, lowfat cottage cheese, chicken, lean beef, and various spices of course with no added salt. I have not eaten tuna for the reason of I would end up adding mayo and bread to it lol. Also, for snacking I am going to add sesame seeds and sunflower seeds. According to the website, they are super healthy. Who knew? My only downfall is beverages. I have quit the soda completely, but still get some sugars and empty calories through liquids. I am working on substituting more and more of this with water. I am still at 255 as I have been for about 4 days now. My target weight for the challege is going to be 245, for a loss of 10 lbs. Although I will be happy with anything under 250.
