4 day workouts?

I've been using a four day workout, and I wanted to know if this will be beneficial for building a bit of mass and keeping toned. I'm 5'10 and weigh 155 lbs. I'm shooting for about 160, and then tone the body from there. Here's my workout sked.

Sun - legs
Mon - *rest*
Teus - Chest
Wed - Cardio
Thurs - Back/biceps
Fri - Cardio/*rest*
Sat - Shoulders


Cardio consists of basketball for about an hour. Is this a good sked, and am i spreading it out ok? Is the cardio too long for decent gains? I try to eat clean most of the time, drink tons of water, etc.
 
I would go 2 days upper/2 days lower instead of a split bb routine, jmo. By the way you left out triceps and lats
 
Also, and this was good info passed on to me

5-8 reps in the 80% of your 1RM is great for bulking (if you have the calories).
 
5 pounds (155 to 160) won't be much of a difference. To bulk and then tone, you should try to gain more than that.

Like the other guys said, through some lats (which are probably on your back day already), traps (which some people do on back or shoulders), and a couple tricep exercises to finish your chest routine.
