3lb in a day, wtf?!

hiya, i'm new to WLF and signed up yesterday but today i am already 3lb lighter :rotflmao: (and don't really understand why... :confused: )

and i don't mean its been going up and down to this weight before, these are three pounds i haven't seen for years. i was looking forward to maybe seeing 11st 13lb on the scales for the first time since i was about 16, because i knew i had been good and actually hadn't eaten much yesterday. but it was 11st11lb!

i have been exercising and i have been eating well but i'm so not used to seeing such quick results. normally its 1lb per week with me (if that).

so i just wanted to let you know that this does happen and its so motivating and that maybe the body just needs a day to catch up with itself before you see actual changes on the scales sometimes. when it stays the same for weeks and weeks, don't worry, it might all happen at once later on.

its so nice seeing that good eating and exercise do work. and i also recommend coconut oil. its the only big difference to my diet recently, and its yummy.

during the day you gain and lose weight .

for example if i weight my self in the morning i can be 220 and by the time i eat am like 222

i weighed myself at 2pm but had only eaten a packet of crisps as i wasn't home to get a healthy breakfast.

obviously i know weight fluctuates, it will be more later, and different tomorrow morning, but this is a weight i just haven't seen before (3lb lighter than anything i had reached at any time of day). thats why i was so happy with it.
