I've been feeling really down about my weight loss lately. I'm having body image issues and can't really see the weight loss. So I thought I'd post a few before and during shots to see if it was visible to anyone else.
First, here are my stats:
Female, 28, 5'4".
Starting Weight: 204
Current Weight: 168
Goal Weight: 135
Weight loss plan: 1500 calorie diet, semi-low carb, lots of running, and weight training.
The first picture is before I started working out at all. I'm not actually sure how much I weighed at this point.
The second one is about a month into my weight loss. 190 pounds.
The third one is right after Thanksgiving. 178 pounds.
Fourth one was tonight. 168 pounds.
Please note that the tank tops are different colors but are the same size, brand, and style in all shots.
I can't believe how different I look. I can't believe how big I used to be. Wow.
