Started my diet and exercise plan two weeks ago and have lost around 20 lbs (lot of water weight).
And I have a before and current picture and I thought I would post them for motivation, I cant tell if there is a difference or its just lighting/angle.
I'll warn you they are graphic images! lol
And bad quality, taken with ipad lol. got a new camera though for future updates.
