300- 230 Before and in between (Pics) Plateua need help!

you have achieved a lot so far well done.

most members here won't be able to give you a personalised guide, especially without much info to go on.

What is your current exercise and diet like ?

I started at 308.6, currently 215.5 and I have hit about 3 plateaus. What is your caloric intake like? What is your exercise like? The first plateau I hit, was because I was eating too little. I upped my intake and it started coming off again. The 2nd and 3rd I increased my overall caloric burn.

Make sure you are eating enough of the the right things and just keep trucking. It will eventually start to come off again.

I'm 6ft tall 230lbs. I eat cereal every morning (usually honey nut cereal)
These frozen chicken sandwiches which are about 350 calorie for lunch
And for dinner it's usually a medium- large plate of whatever my family cooks, usually Spanish chicken and rice

For snacks il somtimes eat a small bowl of cereal or fruit.

I try to keep a workout schedule stable but my college schedule is pretty all over the place, but I'd say I go to the gym 3-5 times a weak. And I do HIIT running on the treadmill for 60 minutes, then some assorted strength training

This all sounds good in my head so maybe it's sticking to it that's the problem...
