30 minutes!

One day isn't going to inflict lifelong damage - and the goal is lifelong, not just this week, right? :) A day is a day - it ends and so does the 'bad' part of it!

I think it's really easy to say "everyone does it" but do we really believe that? I think it's a good way to excuse how we feel - we feel bad about it but 'everyone does it' so it makes it better...but it's not and not everyone does. I'm already planning for Christmas because of how Thanksgiving (in October as I'm Canadian) felt. Not everyone overindulges and I'm joining THAT group of people :D Wanna join me?

Good luck Cherry and hope you're feeling better today - family drama is always hard to sort through and the holidays seem to bring it all together. Hopefully it gets better!

Awwwwww, thanks Katy and Samantha<3. I am feeling much better today. I drank tons of water to cleanse myself of my thanksgiving sins D:
And Sam, I think I'm gonna join you on that. There's no need to over indulge. I should have more self control!
This week I'm gonna really focus on eating light and drinking lots and lots and lottttttttttttttts of water. I also am considering doing really awesome this week and working out and drinking lots of water and NOT weighing myself until the END of the week. I think all of that excitement and suspense of seeing the numbers drop on the scale will be fun for me :D So I'm not going to weight myself until Friday, (which is probably gonna drive me crazy because I'm used to weighing myself every morningggggggg).

Anyway I'll be reporting back tomorrow to talk about my successes. Have a good night/day anyone reading. *waves night night*

Weighing less often is a good idea for a lot of people, but don´t get too focused on the number you´ll see by the end of the week either. Try to use it as information instead of a judgement.

Yeah I knowwwww. I'll try not to beat myself up about it. But I won't be gaining any weight, there's no reason too. ^-^
I haven't eaten horribly since Thanksgiving I've been pretty good.
