3 months of progress

Hello,
I don't have a before picture, but these are after three months of intense training alongside cardio. I'm doing a 3x a week full body beginner workout with 2-3 days of cardio. I'm currently on a good diet with a good intake of protein. I am 180lbs, 20% BF and looking to tone up and hopefully achieve 15% by the end of the year. Any suggestions would be appreciated... Also, Anyone know a good way to remove back hair apart from waxxing?
