Well I have had my ups and downs with my weight over the past few years but I've finally locked into a groove with food and training that works for me.

January 1st 2007 - 226 lbs


March 29th 2007 - 199 lbs



Eat out only one meal a week
Eating 350 calorie meals of chicken/brown rice/brocolli (every 3 hours or so)
No eating late night (unless I'm just destroyed from the gym)
Drink only water
30 to 45 minutes of fasted/wrapped cardio every morning, wait 60 minutes after cardio to eat and unwrap
Kickbox 3 days a week
Weight train 4 days a week
Hill walking!!!
Evening cardio (treadmill or stair climber)
8 hours of sleep
Many suppliments
 
wow! i must say i wasn't expecting that second pic for only 27 lbs lost.. definetly looks like a big change in body composition.. congratulations!!
 
Can I also say that not only does your body look better but your skin looks younger in your face as well.

what is fasted/wrapped cardio?

It's doing cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and wrapping my waist, midsection, thighs etc.. with neaprene (sp?), Then I wait an hour after cardio to eat and unwrap. This is a technique that many people swear by and many discourage, for me it works.

Did you recently get a tatt on your right arm? I plan on doing the same, once I hit goal - not on my arm though.
