270 to 198, with a 222 in between. I think I'm done.

I thought I was done losing but after increasing my calorie intake I lost a little more. Not much since my last post, about 12 lbs, but I did lose a bit. I'm pretty sure I'm at the end though.

Here's me at 270, not the most revealing pic but you can tell I was fat.


Skip ahead to 222, brave enough to drink wine at that point :).

I'm done, at least I think I am. I've been experimenting with more calories, mostly on weekends and I've decreased the amount of cardio I was doing with the hopes of balancing it all out, I don't want to lose any more. After two weeks of not losing or gaining so far so good. I'm going to try it for a month and see what happens.
