Thanks! I have been hitting the gym more and trying to add muscle! Currently added 10lbs which at first worried me cause of the loss but now I'm happier with the extra! The below are my latest and gym work in progress :

Great Work, We startd out at a similar weight and are now a similar weight! although you have a slight height advantage!
