25 pounds or bust Diary

Well............

I have been here before :) And now I am back. I dont know why food has to taste so darn good. When I was here before I was 160 and got down to 125, now I am up to 150 and need to get back to 125. I just feel gross. My thighs are rubbing together and my pants are getting sooooooooo tight. So here I go again.

I was going to start tomorrow, because there is a big plate of brownies in the kitchen, but I decided "why put off till tomorrow what you can do today". Who ever came up with that saying should be hurt!!!!

Goals for the next few months-
1. Have a positive attitude and stay focused
2. Excersice 6 days a week
3. No soda of any kind, only water water water
4. Eat breakfast
