Good going!! You need to come out here and kick me butt..lol I love when clothes fit better. Keep it up you are doing awesome. 

. I was feeling discouraged because there was only roughly 5 weeks left till my goal date and I was feeling like I wasn't even going to come close to my goal...but then I started thinking...the goal duration was only 11 weeks, so I'm just over 1/2 way though and the results so far have been great!...and that was ONLY in 6 weeks that I go tthe results that I have - SO 5 weeks could be LOTS of time to get some more awesome results - I'm just fine tweeking my regimine though - I'm trying to do cardio 6 days a week and weights 4 times per week. Do you ever go backwards on the elliptical? I started doing that just to break up the time and going backwards does work different muscles (I could feel it, lol). So I was doing 5 mins forward, 1 min backward and doing that for the full 30-60 mins.

with this operating system.There's a specific program to go along with it (actually 3 different versions depending on your goals and/or fitness level). Also, if you don't like the music, there's always the option to turn of just the music, just the voices or both! So with the kenpo one I turned off the music and put my own (I wanted something more upbeat to go with the punches and kicks!).
