Hello there, this is my 1st time posting on this forum but I have been reading this motivational section for the past 5months and it has been a real help to me.

I found an old photo of me from back then which is something or a rarity so I decided to make a before and after of me now. I realise this is not going to be the most stunning change on this forum (some of them are quite breath taking) and as its only face shots the change may be limited but to be perfectly honest I'm posting this for me and if it is of even the slightest help to anyone then that's a bonus.

The 1st photo being from July 2009 and the 2nd November 2009. I didn't really take any diet or gym time just a few small changes like cutting out all the junk i was living on and walking instead of getting the bus when I could.

Sorry about the poor quality but its the only photo of me from before that I have.

Still looks like quite an improvement to me! (also the facial hair hides your very nice bone structure, so that is an improvement as well!)

Can You Post some more

Hey! that was something amazing, but it would be great to know what exactly you did to lose weight means the routine you followed ,any special diets or whatsoever...

I didn't really do anything drastic tbh. I am quite lucky i guess being 6ft3" and never put on any weight until around 4 years ago when I stopped doing any physical exercise at all and living of only junk food and drinking an insane amount of Cola and Red bull every day. I still eat when ever I'm hungry but changed what I eat from a lot of junk to alot of fresh food and water.

I have only just started going to the gym and that is more for fitness than weight loss. I know for me if I had tried to make big changes I wouldn't have had the self discipline to keep it up but a few small changes are much more sustainable even if it may take a bit longer.
