So I've been yo-yoing for awhile now...last year I was down to 175 from my highest weight..207. I've gained some weight back, so I am at 185, but I need some encouragement so I thought I'd post my pictures here!

I'm 5'8" and I'm hoping to lose 30-40 more pounds, which would put me at 145-155. I'll see how I feel once I get closer :)

The first two pictures are at 207 lbs...and no I wasn't pregnant...ew.

The rest are at 185 lbs.
I bought the bikini and these jeans last summer on clearance with hopes that I would be able to wear them by this spring, we'll see!

I'll post some more pictures as I make progress. I started the couch to 5k program yesterday :)

wow, I honestly think you already look pretty fantastic! I guess height really makes a difference--I'm about 5'4 and I definitely didn't look that good at 185... congrats on your progress so far and good luck meeting your goal!

WOW! what a change!! your going to have a rockin' bod when you reach your goal.. you look great at 185! what have you been doing to lose the weight?

Hi, You look amazing already... Can you tell us what you did to make your belly flat and toned? I have a similar problem.. I look pregnant just bcoz of my belly fat.. grrrrr

Thanks so much for all of the nice comments!

Basically, I haven't been on anything too strict, just watching my portions and drinking less beer haha. I've been eating more fruits and veggies as snacks instead of junk. I have also been watching my late-night snacking. Being a college student, I used to eat dinner at around 9 (usually fast food or pizza) and then snack on junk late at night.
Since I've changed my lifestyle, I have made an effort on having a regular sleep schedule, which has been a great contributor to my success. Instead of staying up until 2 AM and waking up at 11 or noon and eating whenever and whatever I wanted, I am up almost every morning at 8 and I try to keep a regular schedule for eating. I have found that if I eat around the same times every day, I don't get so hungry that I just go out to McDonald's and chow down. Keeping healthy, easy to prepare food in my apartment has really helped.

As for exercise, I usually just make it to the gym about 3-4 times a week and do a lot of cardio. Lately I have been trying to introduce some weight lifting and as I mentioned before, I started the couch to 5k program this week. I am hoping to run my first 5K this spring! I tried training for one last year, but I let life get in the way and I didn't want to embarrass myself haha.

wow great progress. You have amazing curves, and will be very, very sexy when you're done. And dont misunderstand, i think you look great now too.

You don't need encouragement, look at those pictures! you can see what's hiding underneth, and it's a form most girls would envy.
