210lbs to Start...On My Way...

My Goal is to be those After pictures on here that provide inspiration to others.
So many people on here have inspired me deeply, and I hope that one day I can pass that on.
My goal is to get down to 167lbs initially. That was my end of high school goal.
Then to push it down to 155-150...that's the weight I felt my best at.
I'm 5'7, going to be 23 years old.

My start weight refers to my weight a year ago, when I started making changes. The changes I've maintained since then have not been significant, but at least they are something.
Now that I'm giving this another go, I count my start weight as 200lbs. I hovered around 195lbs all year, then gained 5 since my grandfather passed away in Feb.

I have very few pictures of me at my heaviest, and even less that showed more than just my face, but there are a couple that scare the crap out of me, because I never dreamed of looking that way.

My inbetween is from the fall. I am about 4-5lbs heavier than that right now, but that will change rapidly.

Some may feel that this post is premature, but I think that if I keep people aware of all my inbetween progress, I will motivate myself more and avoid slipping back into old habits.

This weekend I will weigh myself again and take pictures of me from all angles.
I will then take pictures of those same angles each month and post them here.
